The YT-YH soil oxidation-reduction potential meter (ORP meter) is mainly used for on-site in-situ testing of the oxidation-reduction potential of fresh or moist soil, measurement of water (medium) oxidation-reduction potential, pH, temperature and other data. The soil oxidation-reduction potential (ORP/Eh), as a comprehensive indicator of soil environmental conditions, has been used for a long time. It characterizes the relative degree of the medium's oxidizing or reducing properties and has an important impact on the chemical and biological processes of soil. It is an important parameter for understanding the properties and processes of soil. The higher the oxidation-reduction potential, the stronger the oxidizing ability. The lower the oxidation-reduction potential, the stronger the reducing ability. A positive potential indicates that the solution exhibits certain oxidizing properties, while a negative potential indicates that the solution exhibits certain reducing properties.

The oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) of water quality is one of the most important water quality indicators. Although it cannot independently reflect the quality of water quality, it can integrate other water quality indicators to reflect the ecological environment in aquatic systems. 1.
