The YT-LY rice taste tester is a key instrument and equipment for detecting the taste of rice and brown rice. This instrument is mainly used for analyzing the polished and brown rice of japonica rice, as well as the polished and brown rice of indica rice, to obtain four indicators: moisture, protein, amylose, and taste value. Especially scoring the taste and taste value of rice can provide a more objective and direct evaluation of the edible quality of rice.
