Working principle:

The traditional moisture determination method usually uses oven drying, and the testing of a sample takes two to three or even three to four hours. Moreover, it also requires weighing on a balance and manual calculation to obtain the moisture value (moisture content) of the sample. The low efficiency of moisture determination using the oven method cannot meet the production needs of fast-paced enterprises. The Lucky Card Rapid Moisture Tester uses an efficient drying heater - a high-quality circular halogen lamp - to quickly and uniformly heat the sample, continuously drying the moisture of the sample. Throughout the measurement process, the instrument automatically displays real-time measurement results such as sample weight, moisture content, solid content, measurement time, heating temperature, etc.

This series of rapid moisture testers applies the principle of international oven drying method, and the measurement results are consistent with the oven method moisture measurement. However, the work efficiency is much higher than the oven method moisture measurement. Operating steps:
