[Detection scope]:

Mainly used for rapid detection of organic phosphorus and carbamate pesticides in fruits, vegetables, tea, grains, water, and soil, especially suitable for on-site law enforcement use by food safety testing institutions at all levels. In addition, it can also be used for on-site testing of fruit and vegetable tea production bases and agricultural wholesale and sales markets, as well as safety rapid testing before processing fruits and vegetables in restaurants, canteens, and households

Instrument principle:

◆ Detection principle: Using a microcontroller to control parameters such as temperature and time, combined with biochemical reactions, semi quantitative detection of organic phosphorus and carbamate pesticides in vegetables, fruits, and other foods

◆ Biochemical reaction principle: The cholinesterase (white tablets) in the rapid test card can catalyze the hydrolysis of indophenol acetate (red tablets) to acetic acid and indophenol. Due to the inhibitory effect of organic phosphorus and carbamate pesticides on the activity of cholinesterase, the color development after catalytic hydrolysis changes. Therefore, based on the color depth of the results, the residue of organophosphorus or carbamate pesticides in the sample can be determined
