Principle of food heavy metal detector:
Establish a database of various additives, harmful substances, and supporting reagents in advance, and embed them into the instrument. When detecting samples, solve their numerical equations and search the database to obtain the actual content. Compared with the detection standards, it can be determined whether the content exceeds the standard.
Usage of food heavy metal detector:
1. Prepare the blank solution and sample solution according to the steps in the reagent manual;
2. Place the [sample solution] colorimetric dish into the corresponding channel, click the sample name button to select [sample name];
3. Detection
① Put the blank solution into channel 1, and place the sample solution in channels other than channel 1. Click on the food heavy metal detector to directly measure the amount.
② Place the blank solution into channel 1, place the sample solution in channels other than channel 1, adjust the reaction time according to the reagent instructions, click on the progress bar of the food heavy metal detector, and the detection result will be displayed.
4. Save (manually save);
5. Printing (manual printing).
Requirements for the use of food heavy metal detectors:
1. External cleaning
Clean the outer surface of the food heavy metal detector with a damp cloth and 70% ethanol, and do not use strong bleach (≥ 0.5% solution), as oxidants and solvents may damage the detector shell and touch screen. Be careful not to clean internal components or surfaces. Before cleaning the instrument, the power switch should be turned off to ensure that the power cord plug is in a disconnected state to avoid short circuits and electric shock hazards!
2. Replace the battery
The operation of the food heavy metal detector after shutdown is maintained by the button battery. When the battery fails, it may cause time confusion and require replacement of the button battery, model CR2032. The battery is installed on the back of the screen and needs to be disassembled and replaced.
3. Replace the thermal paper
When the printer is out of paper, it is necessary to replace the thermal paper. The size of the thermal paper is 56 * 30. Press the button on the front panel of the printer, remove the remaining paper cylinder, put in new printing paper, leave a section outside the printer, and pay attention to the direction of the paper. Secure the printer panel again.
4. Maintenance
When the food heavy metal detector malfunctions and cannot work, the power should be immediately cut off and wait for maintenance personnel. And place a "stop using" sign on the instrument.
