1、 Overview

In order to meet the needs of monitoring trace uranium samples in the nuclear industry, radiation environmental protection, and scientific research, our company has successfully developed a fully automatic trace uranium analyzer. The instrument design adopts a new ultraviolet light source produced by a well-known foreign company, which is characterized by stable and fault free performance; The lifespan of the pulse light tube used is ≥ 5 years, and 80000 samples can be analyzed using the standard addition method. The circuit design adopts a new type of microcontroller, and all operations during testing only require gently clicking on the corresponding option on the LCD touch screen according to the Chinese prompts. The device has a built-in oscillation function, avoiding the problem of using an oscillator externally. The whole machine is integrated and automated. After the oscillation is completed, the sample can be analyzed using standard addition method or working curve method. And the microcontroller automatically generates regression curves and linear regression equations for direct data processing. The LCD screen display and printer printing can simultaneously provide the final results of sample testing. The instrument is equipped with an Ethernet 100Base-T4 port. It can directly input test data into the computer and is an upgraded product of similar instruments.

1. Warranty

This instrument adopts microcontrollers and integrated circuits manufactured by well-known foreign companies, and generally rarely malfunctions. In order to facilitate the use of the instrument by customers, our company adopts the supply method of home delivery, installation and acceptance, and provides a one-year warranty period. The warranty is limited to repairing or replacing faulty components caused by defects in the process or materials used during manufacturing. If the malfunction is caused by human error due to improper use or improper storage, the repair cost will be charged accordingly.
