The photosynthesis soil respiration comprehensive measurement system measures the amount of CO2 absorbed (released) by plant leaves over a certain period of time, and simultaneously measures factors such as air temperature and humidity, leaf temperature, light intensity, and leaf area for assimilating CO2. This allows for the direct calculation of photosynthesis indicators such as plant photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, and stomatal conductance.

Soil respiration is an important process in the carbon cycle of soil ecosystems, resulting from the balance of soil carbon assimilation and assimilation.
