1、 Product Introduction:
The annual ring image analysis system is a multi platform image analysis system that is matched with a scanner, specifically designed to measure tree rings on disc-shaped wood sections or columnar growth cone samples. Large wood samples can be imaged multiple times in different parts; Special tree core locator is used to place columnar samples; Two automatic methods for determining tree rings are applicable to different types of trees; Artificially assisted image recognition correction and missing pixel addition function; In addition, the tangent line between the crack and the annual ring angle can be automatically set to ensure the accuracy of the measurement; In addition, additional functions can be used for standard growth analysis of plants, such as average stem radius, diameter, and overall cross-sectional area; Tree height, volume, age, etc. For the analyzed annual ring images, the following parameters can be displayed simultaneously: annual ring width, early wood/summer wood width, maximum/minimum density/average density of annual rings, early wood/summer wood, etc.

3、 Technical parameters:
1. Measure annual rings horizontally or vertically, measure annual rings along a straight line (single section), measure annual ring width, use automatic annual ring monitoring methods (with different intensities), ignore gap parts, measure edge wood width, estimate lost annual rings, measure annual rings in various directions, measure complex shaped sample annual rings (multiple sections), add relevant annual rings, measure early and late wood width, measure reflected light of each ring (maximum, minimum, average, direction), store the last part of the annual rings, customize some parameters (such as name, type, etc.), image editing, batch analysis.
2. Measurement and analysis of plant rings:
(1) It can automatically read the number of annual rings, average width of each ring, width of early and late wood, tangential angle and area of each ring, automatically divide the boundaries of annual rings, early wood boundaries, late wood boundaries, and identify very narrow tree rings. It can interactively delete pseudo annual rings, insert broken annual rings, and analyze tree disk area, circumference, average diameter, shape factor, pore area, annual ring techniques, etc.
(2) Automatically generate internationally recognized analysis chronology. The measurement data obtained through analysis has the ability for further cross dating, data analysis and processing.
(3) It has the characteristics of temporary storage and loading of annual ring chart data for continuous analysis and comparison in the future.
(4) The "software body mirror" feature with precise analysis. It has the characteristic of path endpoint adsorption and positioning, and can also disconnect, delete, add, and edit unsatisfactory analysis paths, as well as save analysis result graphs.
(5) Adjusting the angle on the graph has a following characteristic, which can be cancelled or deleted when drawing the path. It can directly analyze tree ring images scanned with ultra-high precision up to 1GB. It has the ability to automatically analyze extremely fine tree rings with a width of less than 0.2mm.
(6) The total area of the tree disk can be calculated. Can save or read images in standard formats such as TIFF, BMP, PNG, and JPEG.
3. The system comes with calibration function and can be calibrated and corrected separately in the XY direction. It has the function of following the magnifying glass and measuring accurately by dragging with the mouse. The image can be enlarged, reduced, and observed locally, and can achieve statistical selection of mouse areas. The analysis images, distribution maps, and result data can be saved, and the analysis results can be output to an Excel table, which can also be used to output analysis markers.
4、 The system consists of the following two parts:
Image capture system: standard annual ring sample scanning equipment, growth cone locator, etc.
A4 size: scanning area of 22 × 30cm, projection area of 20 × 25cm, resolution of 4800DPI, able to distinguish the smallest particle of 0.005mm
A3 format: Large scanning area of 31 × 44cm, projection area of 31 × 42cm, resolution of 2400DPI, capable of resolving the smallest particle of 0.011mm
